Lotion Lady's Local Lotion Quick Order Forms
It's FAST & EASY! Simply enter
the quantity in the box next to the items you want and click
at the bottom of the forms. You'll still have the options of adjusting
your order and continue shopping! The only difference between this order
form and the regular Quick Order Form is that this form does not
charge shipping. So, you can order on-line, if you choose, and then
make arrangements to either pick up your order or have it delivered.
If you're not sure, please give us a call. Your order can also be taken
over the phone.

If there is anything in it, please change the quantities
to zero and then click on "Recalculate" at the bottom of the
page. If it is already empty, simply close that page. You are free to
